Free Ruby Learning Opportunity
Chances are if you’ve ever had a conversation with me I’ve harped at you or someone else about the joys of Ruby. I’ve given some of you links and pdfs of resources for getting started but I now have something even better to offer.
During the winter semester this new year the great folks over at RubyLearning(RL) are offering a ~2 month free course on learning Ruby. The banner below links to the main page at RL; You will have to sign up for an account and the course (FORPC101-10C). I’ll be taking the course myself to see what else I can learn, and I would certainly be willing to help anyone on the path to Ruby mastery.
Your President,Ryan Neufeld
P.S. Look forward to seeing some of you in 2280, 3010, 3170, 3350, and 4200 next term!
